Hargett & Watson, PLC currently publishes two newsletters with the goal of assisting persons charged with or convicted of crimes as well as their friends and family members.

LEGAL NOTES is published at least twice per year and is designed to provide inmates of the Virginia Department of Corrections and their families with information regarding criminal law and other issues. Each edition addresses current topics of concern to inmates as well as general legal information and case summaries. The last few editions are available in Adobe Acrobat format below.
JAIL NOTES is a newsletter which has the goal of providing information to individuals who are housed in local jails throughout the Commonwealth and who are currently awaiting trial or who have been recently convicted. The last few editions are available in Adobe Acrobat format below.
